The Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies, Society of Fellows, and ProQuest Information and Learning will host the annual Distinguished Dissertation Awards ceremony 2-4 p.m. April 29 in the Assembly Hall of the Rackham Building.

Eight scholars will receive a $1,000 honorarium in recognition of their exceptional scholarly work as a doctoral student and completion of their doctoral degree during 2003. A reception for the honorees and scholars who were nominated will follow the ceremony.
