U-M graduate Sharat Raju earned a master of fine arts degree in directing at the American Film Institute, then began work in the film industry as a casting assistant on numerous feature films, including “8 Mile” and “The Matrix Revolutions.” He will appear from 2-4:30 p.m. Jan. 21 at the Michigan Union Ballroom along with fellow filmmaker Valarie Kaur, to answer questions about their post 9/11 documentary “Divided We Fall.” (Photo courtesy “Divided We Fall”)
