Third annual HRD Career Conference coming in June
Human Resource Development is hosting the third annual Career Conference June 16 to inspire U-M faculty and staff to take more responsibility for their career aspirations.
It will feature Kate White, New York Times bestselling author and internationally known expert on leadership, work, and success as the keynote speaker with two additional career development sessions.
The career development session topics are “Working with Confidence” with Wendy Shepherd and “The Nuts and Bolts of Career Change” with Kirsten Elling.
The conference is free to U-M faculty and staff, thanks to sponsorship from university executive officers. Additional information and updates about the conference can be found at hrd.umich.edu/special-events#career.
For more content on the topic of motivation, consider attending the HRD Summer 2015 Special Event “Lean Inside” with Jay Pryor on July 29. Details about both sessions can be found on the HRD website.
