Participation Rosina Bierbaum, dean of the School of Natural Resources and Environment, delivered the plenary address at the American Chemical Society’s annual meeting in New York. The Sept. 8 address, “Current Challenges for Climate Science,” was part of the Presidential Symposium on the Chemistry of Global Climate Change.

Appointments

Sioban Harlow, associate professor of epidemiology, has been appointed to a three-year term on the Scientific and Technical Advisory Group of the Department of Reproductive Health and Research at the World Health Organization.
