Children of Uganda are 20 performers ages 8-18 presenting East African music and dance. Backed by drums and flutes, they offer songs of hope at a time when civil war and AIDS afflict their country. Their appearance is scheduled for 7 p.m. March 23 and 8 p.m. March 24 at the Power Center for the Performing Arts. (Photo by Vicky Leland)
